Equitas Law Group provides legal services that are in the best interest of the families involved through the resolution of parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support, and divorce. We do not currently offer services related to complex division of property issues. In situations where safety is a concern, Equitas Law Group will strongly advocate for protection orders.

We provide representation at all stages of a family law file. We offer assistance with negotiations, drafting, legal advice, and full representation at the BC Provincial and Supreme courts.

Individuals who are contemplating separation are welcome to reach out to seek legal advice on their entitlements and obligations in the event of a separation.

Immigration and refugee law can be challenging and complex areas to navigate, especially with the amount of uncertainty that exists. Equitas Law Group has experience and particular interest in helping individuals with Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds applications.
